In its business with German tool distributor Hoffmann, the company was required to implement EDI as order accuracy and delivery performance became critical operational requirements. A data exchange structure integrated with ERP was established based on key EDI documents such as ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, and INVOIC.

Company O, a distributor of professional hiking gear, has begun expanding beyond domestic sales channels and is actively forming partnerships with global distributors as part of its international expansion.

By signing an official partnership agreement with BOSE, a system foundation that can process orders, shipments, and settlements in real time is required.

Establishing a logistics system by introducing EDI for shipping companies along with ERP integration

The Korean distributor of a global company was required by its headquarters to implement EDI for submitting sales reports. Previously, there was no dedicated internal system, and report data had to be managed manually.
By adopting Connect Service, the company was able to quickly establish a WEB-EDI environment without the need for additional hardware or software. An AS2-based transmission method was applied, allowing users to upload data via WEB-EDI, which is then converted into EDI and transmitted to the headquarters.
