Lucid Motors EDI Implementation

The company was selected as a new supplier for global EV manufacturer Lucid, where EDI implementation was a mandatory requirement. By leveraging Connect Service AUTO-X, an EDI connection was established along with a data processing structure integrated with the internal ERP system.
An automated workflow was built covering order receipt, shipment processing, and ASN and invoice transmission. In addition, a hybrid architecture combining ERP integration and EDI was adopted to improve operational efficiency. This enabled enhanced data accuracy, reduced chargebacks, and ensured stable supply chain operations in collaboration with a global OEM.
